Call Patient Customer Service at the number on your prescription ID card.

No ID card? No problem ... sign in (or create an online account) to find your plan's specific toll-free number or to send a secure email.
  •  If you have an Express Scripts ID card, call 877.852.4060.

Online or Mobile:  Log in at  mybcbsnc.com  to view your current benefits, see an Explanation of Benefit, check claims, find a doctor, compare treatment cost estimates, find a drug and more.
